About

Fabrix Capital is a multi-family office focused property investment management platform.

We act as the trusted extension of family offices specifically focusing on pan-European real estate exposure. We specialise in developing portfolio strategy and selecting appropriate assets to match objectives, whether it be wealth preservation, reliable income production or value add capital growth.

We manage every stage involved in owning property to make life as easy as possible for the family office. Our services include portfolio strategy, acquisition, debt and tax structuring and value add asset management.

The combined wealth of the investors we represent is in excess of £5.0bn.

At the core of our approach is ensuring we do everything the right way, our relationships are generational not just for quick gain. We ensure we behave in a fair and considered way; whether we breathe life back into a 1930’s warehouse, identify London’s next artist hub or acquire a corporate City tower, we believe in bold decisions with a conscience.

Instinct

We seek unique opportunities through a comprehensive understanding of locations and occupier trends.

Our longstanding and trusted relationships with leading investment agents ensures we see opportunities others don't.

Research and statistical analysis provides the foundation to our investment decisions but our unique instinct allows us to uncover outstanding properties.

Successful property investment comes down to timing, stock selection and smart management.

Our track record demonstrates that we consistently deliver results based on these factors.

In the past 24 months our team has transacted on £300m of assets in the UK, Germany, Denmark and Spain, winning numerous industry awards in the process.
