During his time at Avignon, Clive was responsible for over 25 transactions including the acquisition of the Umspannwerk Kreuzberg in Berlin which was awarded best office deal in Europe at the PIE Europe Property Awards 2016.

Prior to joining Avignon he was Fund Manager at Canada Life where he was part of a team responsible for £1.5bn of commercial property.

Clive holds the Certificate in Property Investment from the University of Cambridge. He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Property Forum.

Colin Chung

Finance Director

Colin is responsible for the finance function, structuring funds, and raising debt for Fabrix. He has 15 years experience of real estate finance gained across a range of real estate sectors including development finance and alternative sectors such as hotels and leisure.

Colin was previously at Funding Circle where he was part of the real estate finance team which grew from start up phase to providing over £300m of debt.

Prior to that he was at Canada Life Investments where he was responsible of managing a real estate debt portfolio of £1.5bn.

He has also worked at Lloyds Banking Group and Bank of Scotland holding roles in arranging senior and mezzanine finance as well as debt restructuring. Loan sizes worked on were up to £200m.

He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and graduated from University of Glasgow with a degree in Accounting and Economics

Louis Duffield

Investment Manager

Louis was previously an Investment Manager at Avignon Capital where he formed part of the investment team, driving all new investment for the business across the UK and Europe.

At Avignon, Louis was also responsible for the asset management of a £100m portfolio of prime retail assets in Copenhagen and the sale of the Louis Vuitton store in early 2016 which set the new benchmark yield for retail in the city.

He has an in depth knowledge of real estate finance and structuring deals to optimise returns. Louis has a keen interest in new occupier trends and their evolving demands as well as new technology to ensure we are innovative and not just reactive in our approach.

Prior to joining Avignon, Louis worked for Targetfollow where he was part of a team responsible for a £200m commercial property in the UK and Europe as well as being responsible for sourcing new value-add investment opportunities.
Louis graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2012 with a degree in Real Estate Management.

Alex Kim

Drawing upon his time spent at the market coalface Alex brings experience and empathy to his role. In every project, he looks for originality and integrity in its design and communication.

Alex joined Fabrix in 2018 having previously spent over a decade in the Central London office market and was an Associate Partner at leading niche agency Edward Charles & Partners. His experience includes leasing, occupier representation, development consultancy and investment acquisitions. Over the course of his career, he has acted for a diverse range of clients including Helical plc, Castleforge Partners, Columbia Threadneedle, The Government Property Unit, The BBC, HKS Architects and The Crown Estate.

Alex trained as a sound engineer graduating from the University of West London in 2006; a background in creative technology expresses itself in his passionate and innovative approach to branding and marketing real estate.

After graduating Oxford Media & Business School with Distinction, Lulu worked at "Fine Art Commissions" portrait agency in St James’s. After gaining experience as a Gallery Assistant, she joins Fabrix bringing a passion for creativity in design, events and the arts.

Josh is a value add asset manager at Fabrix. Blending a traditional approach towards asset management with more innovative concepts.

Josh is passionate about sustainable workspaces that are designed to suit the changing nature of occupier demands, particularly within the London fringe market, towards more flexible and environmentally friendly work spaces.

Prior to joining Fabrix, Josh was an Investment Analyst and European Asset Manager at Avignon Capital. His responsibilities included underwriting of all new investments and the asset management in Europe.

Josh holds a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.

Eve joined Fabrix in April 2018 as a Team Assistant and oversees operations in the office. Eve is a young and enthusiastic member of the team, with a creative background and experience in front-of-house and retail roles. Eve supports the team with their day to day tasks and is launching our wellness programme, "Fabrix Feels Fab!".

Tim Jeck

Tim was previously working as an Investment Manager at the private equity firm Maxburg Capital Partners in Munich where he was part of a team managing a concentrated €300m equity portfolio focused on stable, cash-generating companies in Germany and adjoining countries.

At Maxburg, he was mainly responsible for commercial and financial due diligence, as well as portfolio management fund valuation.

Prior to Maxburg, Tim gained experience in M&A, as well as a management consultant in the automotive and healthcare space. He studied industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe (KIT) and the Politecnico di Milano and holds an M.Sc. degree in innovation management and computer sciences (TU Munich).

Eaoifa Forward

 

Cross Border Relationships Manager

Eaoifa recently joined the Berliner Union Film at Fabrix as Cross Border Relationships Manager, working in both London and Berlin.

Eaoifa has an extensive background in film and production as both an actress and also producer. She played the lead role in a feature film called "The Snare" which had a theatrical release in the US in January 2017.

Prior to this she has worked as Marketing Manager at Matches Fashion, and has also been involved in a number of start-up's assisting the Global Head of HR in building out companies in both London and the US.
