Berliner Union Film, Oberlandstraße, Berlin

The Berliner Union Film campus is located on the border of Berlin's Tempelhof and Neukolln neighbourhoods.

The film campus, which totals 24,000 sq m (258,334 sq ft), overlooks Berlin's famous Tempelhofer Feld and contains office, studio and warehouse space. The campus is occupied by a wide variety of tenants, including YouTube and the Met Film School. The campus was originally built in 1912 and has played an important role in the development of Berlin's film industry over the last century.

Fabrix Capital's Clive Nichol is the Managing Director of Berliner Union Film (BUFA), the operational film company that provides studio space and post-production services to the media industry on the campus.

Our aim is to grow the site's operational revenues and position BUFA on the international film production stage.
